Terms of Service

♡ By purchasing my designs, you automatically confirm that you have read and agree to my Terms of Services, even if you have not read it in full. If we have disputes, I might use this document as proof of what we agreed on.

Payment

-Please be ready to complete the payment within 24 hours after claiming the adopt, otherwise, it will be relisted for sale or will give to another willing person.-Payments are non-refundable.

Payment plan

-Before purchase/bidding you must let me know that you want to take a payment plan and for how long.-Payment plans are only available from $300 for a period of no more than 30 days.-Payment is made in two parts of 50% of the amount. You must pay the first half within 24 hours after claiming.-It is forbidden to delay the payment. If you have any difficulties, please contact me in advance and I will extend your payment deadline.-Holds are not available.

General rules

-I retain all copyrights to my works.-Commercial use includes merchandise and usage in monetized media (VTuber, YouTube, streaming, etc)-If you would like to remain anonymous, please let me know in advance.-Use of my arts for AI, NFT, etc is prohibited.-Please credit me as the original artist.-You are free to change the design as you like, but it's not allowed to draw on top of my art.-Any changes are paid, starting at $5. I don't change the entire design's palette, I can only modify the color filters.-You may resell my adopt above the original price you paid only if there are additional commissions.-If someone is being aggressive and offensive, I have the right to ban them.
